Robin, our former Associate Pastor, is a faith-filled and spirit-led child of God. She has a wicked sense of humor and a passion for the Word of God, which makes her a delightful preacher and teacher. The First Congregational Church of Vernon is Robin’s first pastoral call and we are excited by her ministry among us. She is a third-generation preacher, following her father and grandfather into the pulpit. A native of Orlando, Florida, she has been an educator in the public school system for 20 years, focusing on special education. Although living in UCONN territory now, Robin remains a huge fan of the Tennessee Lady Vols. She plays a mean game of Ping-Pong and has a well-known affection for all things Elvis. Robin and her wife, Taunya, live in Vernon with Gus (Yorkshire Terrier) and Charley (Shi-Pooh). Associate Pastor Call, Announcement , August Announcement by Search Committee
